Getting Ready for Market Day!

Two weeks to Market Day! We had to get all our goods ready for sale. Our aim was to not spend too much money in creating the goods we wanted to sell. We wanted to reuse and recycle things we would normally throw away, grow things that we could replant in the garden and cook some yummy food.

Here was our list of things to do:
1. Use empty tin cans to make crazy looking pencil holders and rubbish bins
2. Make beautiful fridge magnets from used drink cans.
3. Plant seeds left over from previous classes
4. Make decorative origami boxes from old library book' pages.
5. Bake and decorate cupcakes.
6. Make and ice chocolate fudge slice.
7. Make up a jingle to sell our goods.
8. Make signs to advertise our stall.
9. Practice buying and selling goods - handing over and giving out change!

Whew! Could we do it? You bet. Here are some snaps of us working on the list.
