Last day of gymnastics

Remember Ben and Carolina from Brazil who were coaching us in gymnastics. We had our last lesson the other day.

As a warm up we had to pass a mat over our heads, then sit on it and then pass the previous mat we were sitting on over our heads and sit on that and repeat the whole exercise. Confused? Anyway it was do much fun. Chaotic but fun!

Goodbye Ben and Carolina. We wish you well in the future and  hope you remember the good times you had at New Windsor when you return to Brazil.
