Fraction Walls

This term is all about fractions and equal sharing. Did you know that a fraction can only be a fraction if it is an equal sized piece of something? Here we are making a fraction wall. We made equal fraction sized pieces by folding our strips of paper. Did you know that 1/2 folded in half gives you 1/4?
