Fraction Walls and a Cool Game.

We made our own fraction walls made up of 5 fraction strips - 1 whole, 2 halves, 4 quarters, 8 eighths, 16 sixteenths.

We learnt that half of a half is a quarter and half of a quarter is an eighth and half of an eighth is a sixteenth!

Here we are playing a game with our fraction strips. We roll a die and try to cover up our whole with our other fraction strips. The first person to cover their whole is the winner!
