Mr Whakatau Hangs up His Toolbelt

We are so sad to see our lovely caretaker Mr Whakatau resign. He has been our caretaker for as long as we have been at school. In fact he has been at our school for the last 20 years! Now that is a long time!

Here are some photos of the special assembly we had for him and of the special send off we gave him. We made him cards that looked like tools and put them in a tool box for him to take away.

We will miss you Mr Whakatau but good luck and enjoy your retirement.  You deserve it!
