Netball skills

Today we learnt some basic netball skills.

We learnt how to pivot on one foot, as you are not allowed to step or run with the ball.

We learnt how to position our hands in a W shape to pass and catch the ball and...
finally we learnt how to pass the ball 3 different ways.  There is a forward pass from the chest, a bounce pass and an overhead pass.
